Through the study of Individual Placement and Support employment services, the aim is to gather insights into effective practices that honor and elevate the unique talents of autistic individuals. It’s a necessary step toward inclusivity and recognition of all voices within our communities.

This research resonates deeply within our commitment to healing and empowerment, particularly for Black women and families who often navigate multiple layers of systemic challenges. Recognizing that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive is at the heart of our mission.
